Choosing fins made of composite materials is crucial to progress. The choice of the fins length depends on your type of game. Short fins have a very rapid activation, allowing frequent direction changes and explosive starts to accelerate over short distances. If you repeat long accelerations, the longer fins will suit you better. A good footpocket is essential, besides a perfect comfort, it must ensure an excellent energy transfer from the leg to the blade. The hardness will be carefully chosen according to your size and strength. The small sizes will privilege the soft fins when the heavier ones opt for harder fins.
