Rescue & lifesaving
Lifesaving events with fins include sprint with a distance of more or less 200 m and events where a manikin has to be carried over shorter distances. These two types of events require different fins. A little longer for the sprint for which after gaining speed, it must be maintained until the last length while keeping a high finning 's pace. On the other hand, you'll need shorter and therefore more powerful fins with a quick activation to pull up the manikin and carry it as quickly as possible. If you want to use only one type of fins, you will have to take the shorter ones but choose a softer stifness to perform on a distance like the 200 m.
