Underwater target shooting
Underwater target shooting breaks down into precision and speed events. The precision shot must be done in a given time but going fast does not give points. It is the control of apnea, concentration and the ability to well stabilize that will make the difference. For this event, we prefer long and flexible fins that allow you to move with very little energy and to control your heart rate. For the biathlon events where one alternates shooting and timed apnea you will prefer shorter fins, more manageable or longer but a little harder fins. The size and musculature will also be taken into account when choosing the hardness of the bladey. Finally, a good footpocket is essential, besides a perfect comfort, it must ensure an excellent energy transfer from the leg to the blade. So you have to choose it very carefully.
