Your pack shipment
Packages are shipped as soon as the manufacturing process is completed, according to the deadline that was confirmed to you when you placed your order. For products in stock, they are shipped the day after the validation of the order. The delivery is made with signature.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. We offer you the possibility to track your package as soon as it is shipped on our carrier's website. You will be able to find the latest updates. Please note that there may be a delay of 24 hours between the reception of the tracking number and the visibility of the updates made on the site.
Transport fees vary according to total weight and volume of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
