Use
These long blades are suitable for the practice of dynamic apnea in large pool. Glass fiber will allow you a strong progression compared to plastic fins. For a practice in a small pool, they will be reserved for experienced freedivers with a good technique of turn and relaunch. For stiffness, in addition to your size, it is essential to know what technique you will use to cover the greatest distance in apnea. If you practice the slow option, few movements with great amplitude, you should prefer flexibility.
